After-Sales Service:

Our electric vehicles are extremely low maintenance and in most cases, can be serviced by any good, local, auto mechanic in your area. For any issue that you are unable to resolve on your own, we offer video consultations with our expert service engineers during regular office hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST from Monday through Saturday. This service is available complimentary to all our customers for a period of 24 months from the date of order receipt.

For customers with large fleets within the Delhi NCR area, we offer Annual Maintenance and Service Contracts to provide on-site Predictive Maintenance and Emergency Breakdown Services for their vehicles. If you are interested to learn more about this offering, please contact us at +91 9910335892.

Warranty:

At SN Solar Energy, we only use the highest quality components in the manufacturing of all our vehicles. However, we understand that once in a while, a component may be defected or act faulty. In lieu of that, we offer a warranty period on the following components:

To avail this warranty, you will need to ship the damaged component to our factory location in Faridabad, India within the warranty period. Once received, our team will conduct an assessment on the defect/fault and upon confirmation of the same, will ship a new replacement component to you. While the cost of the component will be covered as part of the warranty, the freight charges for shipping the damaged component as well as the new component will be borne by you and will need to be paid before the new part is dispatched.

Spare Parts:

We stock all original components of the vehicles we manufacture and sell such as accelerators, converter fuses, motor hall sensors, flashers, relays, controller mosfet etc. In case of any requirement, a new spare can be shipped to you within 24 hours of notice. The price of the spare and cost of the shipment shall be borne by the customer.

Packing and Shipping:

We follow international standards for packing and shipping of all our vehicles. All our fully assembled vehicles / unassembled large components of the electric vehicles (chassis etc.) are sent in a 2-layer cardboard + shrink wrap international standard packing which prevents them from getting damaged during shipment. Any small sized components (screws etc.) are safely secured in cardboard cartons before loading and dispatch. All orders within India are shipped via road / rail transportation whereas international shipments are sent through sea cargo.
